The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy statement applies solely to our websites. If you are directed to other pages through links on our pages, please inform yourself there about the handling of your data.

§ 2 Inventory data

  1. Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for the establishment, content-related arrangement or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data) are exclusively used for contract execution. As for the delivery of the goods, your name and address have to be passed on to the suppliers of goods.
  2. Without your explicit consent or without legal basis, your personal data will not be shared to third parties outside of contract management. After complete contract processing your data will be closed for further use. After the tax and trade legislation this data will be deleted unless you have explicitly consented to the further use.
